I have read some stuff about it on the net, and it doesn't sound too pleasent. One person said that after a couple of hours, it felt mostly like the flu, and the main effects didn't kick in until about 5 hours after taking it.

Does anyone have any experience with nutmeg, about effects, the time they take to happen, and the amount that should be taken / amount needed to overdose.
